About Us



§Eiger Support Systems (in the Philippines) was founded in January 2015 as a shared services that  handles the various processes of our parent company in the US.  After the success of the transition of most processes, the opportunity to offer the same services became available to third party clients.  We started offering in-depth outsourcing solutions to various companies
§Our Manila office is located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.  This commercial and industrial hub is now one of the fastest rising financial and economic centers in the country. From its humble beginnings as a converted urban development plan from a former military land, part of the Philippine Military Camp, it is now home to the world's biggest BPO industries, financial institutions, and commercial establishments. It boasts of a world-class hospital, educational institutions, posh residential and shopping centers, parks, and high-end commercial firms.
§Our new office is located on the 20th floor of One World Place, a newly constructed skyscraper with brand new and world class building facilities in BGC with an  enhanced structural design for earthquake and typhoon resistance. It is equipped with top-of-the-line IT office equipment and infrastructure, high-speed internet, 100% back-up power system, essential to our daily operations
